Generator Fans User Agreement
This User Agreement of the Generator Fans Platform (hereinafter also referred to as the "Agreement") is valid in electronic form, does not require bilateral signing and is considered concluded with a person who has successfully registered on the Generatorfans.com website and started using the Generator Fans Platform.
Please read the text of this Agreement carefully. Acceptance of this Agreement by successfully registering on the Generatorfans.com website and starting to use the platform means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement and all other documents referenced in this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Documents”).
This agreement is not a fee-based agreement for the provision of services, a transfer of rights to use the Generator Fans Platform, a license agreement or other agreement involving payment for the services of the Generator Fans Platform, or remuneration for the Generator Fans Platform, but is a set of general rules and requirements governing the use of the Platform by the User.
By accepting the terms of this Agreement and registering a Personal Account in the Generator Fans Service, you agree to comply with and comply with all the rules and requirements for using the Generator Fans Platform, the terms of the Documents, agree to the rules and prices of payment for third party services and the rules for making payments within this Generatorfans Platform. com, and the Generator Fans Platform provides you with access to the Service under the terms of this Agreement and other Documents.
This User Agreement governs your access to and use of Generatorfans.com and the products, features, services, technologies and software published thereon. And “you” or “User” is referred to as the user of the Site.
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Generator Fans may, in its sole discretion, modify this User Agreement and any other agreements included in the User Agreement at any time by posting the modified version on the Site. Any changes to the User Agreement will be effective as of the last updated date indicated (“Last Updated Date”).
You must read, agree and accept all terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement and other documents in order to use the Generator Fans Service. Your use of the Generator Fans Platform confirms your acceptance of the User Agreement and other documents. You agree not to violate the Terms and Conditions of the Linked Documents when using the Generator Fans Platform. If you do not accept this User Agreement or other Documents, you must not use the Generator Fans Service after the date the document was last updated. For more detailed information about the rules regarding use of the Site, please refer to the relevant sections of this document.
Under no circumstances is the User granted any proprietary intellectual rights in relation to the Platform or its software.

Generator Fans warrants that it has all rights necessary to provide the User with the ability to use the Generator Fans Platform under this Agreement.
This Agreement comes into effect upon acceptance of its terms by the User, and continues to be in full force until the User ceases using the Generator Fans Platform.
Generator Fans has the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally at any time, at the sole discretion of Generator Fans, including in the event of a violation by the User of any provision of the Agreement, or any provision of any of the Related Documents.
Terms of Use
Users must be of legal age in the state from which they operate in order to use the Generator Fans Service.
To create or order a service/project or other electronic activity on the Generator Fans platform, you must register using a valid email address or social media account.
Each User can create only one account. Generator Fans reserves the right to delete duplicate accounts.
The User has the right to delete his Account at any time only after all orders in his account have been processed and completed. If the User decides to delete his Account, he agrees to the permanent deletion of such Account. Accounts deleted by mistake can be restored within 30 days by contacting Generator Fans Support. Under no circumstances will the User be able to create a new account using the same email address, phone number and payment details that were used in the previously deleted account. If the User has funds in a balance before deleting his Account, he must withdraw all funds prior to such deletion. The User will not be able to delete his Account until all funds have been withdrawn.
Users do not have the right to sell, buy, gift Generator Fans accounts or transfer their data to third parties.
When registering, Users must create a suitable login that will be visible to other Users. The login may contain Latin letters, numbers, hyphens and underscores. Logins containing phone numbers, words reserved for Generator Fans employees, profanity, and offensive expressions are prohibited. Generator Fans reserves the right to change or remove any login that violates these terms and conditions.
Users are responsible for protecting their registration data from malicious use of the Platform by third parties, and must promptly notify Generator Fans of any misuse of the Platform. Users are personally responsible for all content posted on Generator Fans, including, but not limited to, services/projects or other electronic information: images, videos, reviews and comments. By creating an account with Generator Fans, Users acknowledge that they understand and agree to these terms and conditions and agree to reimburse any costs incurred by Generator Fans in the event of a copyright claim being made against Generator Fans.
The User is not an employee, employee or agent of Generator Fans, and has no right to represent himself as such.
The User does not have the right to transfer his rights and obligations under this Agreement in whole or in part. Generator Fans may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement or any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement without User's consent at any time.
Profanity, rude communication, vulgarity, unauthorized advertising, as well as posting information and materials that negatively affect the image of the Generator Fans brand are prohibited. A complete list of prohibited content can be found here.
Generator Fans reserves the right to remove any materials posted on the Generator Fans Service, including, but not limited to, services/projects or other electronic information: reviews, comments, etc., as well as suspend or delete User Accounts without giving any reason. If unauthorized Account access, spam, or other suspicious activity on your Account is suspected, Generator Fans may temporarily suspend the Account until the account is deemed secure again. If the Account is blocked, the User cannot complete active orders and cannot begin work on new orders. The user can withdraw money from his balance to a credit/debit card or other method available on the Balance page. Blocked Users can only contact the Help Desk from the email address belonging to the Account, and communications and chats with other users will not be available.
Disputes and other issues, including financial issues, can be resolved by contacting Generator Fans Support via email or by submitting a request to Generatorfans.com. The support service will review the request and take measures to resolve the problem. Unique issues without applicable or governing rules will be resolved at the discretion of Generator Fans Support.
You may not disclose information obtained while working on Generator Fans, including, but not limited to, specifications and ordering conditions, and personal communications with other users and representatives of Generator Fans. You may disclose information about your services/projects, income on Generator Fans and other information associated with your account, as long as this information does not violate the privacy of other users.
All merchants who earn income by offering services and fulfilling orders using the Generator Fans Platform are solely responsible for ensuring that they comply with local regulations and laws, including, but not limited to, registration as a business entity, licensing regulations and tax laws.
Users may not use unethical or unfair advertising methods to promote Generator Fans affiliate links, copy the Generator Fans Service in whole or in part, or use Generator Fans branding or design to mislead others.
At its sole discretion, Generator Fans has the right to unilaterally terminate this User Agreement at any time, including if the User violates any provision of this Agreement or any provision of any of the Related Documents. If the user is blocked for violating the Agreement, if possible, the funds remaining on the balance will be returned in the same way as the replenishment was made or funds will be transferred to the details provided by the user for up to 30 banking days. If it is impossible to make a transfer, the funds will remain on the user’s balance.
If Generator Fans suspects that the true purpose of the user’s registration on Generator Fans, as well as the user’s creation of an order/project/service/comment on Generator Fans, is to send spam messages by the user, Generator Fans reserves the right to temporarily block account of such a user for the duration of the investigation. If the sending of spam messages is confirmed, including through the functionality of the Generator Fans Platform, Generator Fans has the right to permanently block the user’s account and not refund the Generator Fans service fee.

Generatorfans.com, including its general appearance, appearance, design, information, content and other materials available therein, is the exclusive property of the owner and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
The Generator Fans balance is not intended for indefinite storage of funds. If a Generator Fans account is inactive for 2 years or more, the account will be deleted and the balance will be forfeited, the User will be notified in advance to the email address specified when registering this Account. To avoid this case, we strongly recommend that you withdraw the remaining funds as soon as possible.
Data processing policy
By registering on Generator Fans, you agree to the storage and processing of the data you entered and to receiving technical (alerts related to the operation of the Platform) and marketing information from Generator Fans in the form of newsletters to the email address you specified during registration.
Generator Fans may collect, store and process data such as cookies, identifiers (login and password), other anonymized information as necessary for the operation of the website, the effective implementation of the affiliate program and for advertising purposes.
Generator Fans does not collect, store or process personal data of users, except in exceptional cases. Such cases, the purposes of processing and the scope of personal data processed in these cases will be indicated in the Privacy Policy.
Generator Fans may monitor personal correspondence between Users to ensure compliance with the Platform Rules and other documents. This includes the right of Generator Fans to view the content of personal communications.
Generator Fans uses recommendation technologies.
Generator Fans platform service rules
General terms
Generator Fans is an online digital service or marketplace where companies and individuals can buy and sell electronic and digital services, works, and goods.
Customers are Users Buyers who purchase freelance services on Generator Fans. The capabilities and functions of Customers also include other types of accounts: “Scouts”, “Models agencies”, “Producers”, “Models”, “Media personalities”
Customers - divided into three levels of tariff plans: “Minimum”, “Verified”, “VIP”.
Executors are Users Sellers or Freelancers who sell their own electronic and digital services, works, goods on Generator Fans. The capabilities and functions of Generators also include other types of accounts: “Scouts”, “Models agencies”, “Producers”, “Models”, “Media personalities”
Executors - divided into three levels of tariff plans: “Beginner”, “Verified”, “Expert”.
Scouts - divided into three levels of tariff plans: “Novice”, “Verified”, “Maestro”.
Models agencies - divided into two levels of tariff plans: “Verified”, “Elite”.
Producers - divided into two levels of tariff plans: “Verified”, “Famous”.
Models - divided into three levels of tariff plans: “Simple level”, “Verified”, “Star”.
Media personalities - divided into three levels of tariff plans: “Elementary”, “Verified”, “Popular”.
User accounts cannot be a seller and a buyer at the same time unless this is available in the Account Type.
Works are ready-made electronic and digital services, works, products offered by Users in the catalog. Prices are indicated by the User who offers this Work.
Account (Personal Account) is a personal section of Generator Fans, unique for each User. Users can access their accounts by entering authentication details on the Generator Fans login page.
User Profile – This is information about the user that is filled in by the user independently. The profile, depending on the type of account, may contain different fields such as: “Name” “Portrait photo of the User” “Bio”, “Gender”, “Age”, “Country” “Specialization” “Knowledge” “Experience” and other fields at the discretion Generator Fans platforms. The profile contains important information for both the Buyer and the Seller. Personal data such as: contact phone number, address, passport details and other personal information cannot be published.
Task board (Panel) is the main panel for navigating through the necessary sections of the site to create work/services, etc., as well as track your tasks.
The balance is your funds, including your refills and refunds after canceling an order (as a buyer), as well as earnings as a Seller. You can view your Balance on the main Task board or in the Transaction History section of your account.
Partners are payment systems or other services that carry out all work with payments: accept, transfer, return or withhold payments, and also retain commissions on payments in accordance with their terms. The list of partners through which payment/replenishment of the balance is made is available on the payment/replenishment page or on the pages/forms where these services provide their services.
Income is the money that Sellers receive from completed orders (payment by the buyer for the order or a tip / bonus that the buyer can leave to the seller at will). Sellers can either withdraw their income or use it for purchases on Generator Fans in accordance with this User Agreement.
The Catalog applies to all Works offered by Sellers on Generator Fans. Buyers use the catalog to purchase Works from sellers.
Bundled Works are sets of electronic and digital services, works, goods that Sellers can offer in one Work, while simultaneously offering services to different audiences and price categories.
Add-ons are additional services that merchants can offer in addition to the primary service provided in Work.
Projects are tasks posted by Buyers on the Exchange.
The Work page is a dedicated page for each individual Work. Customers can purchase, read reviews and learn more about Work on the Work page.
On the Order page, Buyers and Sellers communicate with each other about the purchased Work.
Orders with tasks are orders divided into parts, where each specific task is processed and submitted for verification separately.
Custom Offers are custom Works that Sellers can create to suit a Buyer's specific needs.
Custom Requests are requests that Buyers can send to Sellers to receive a customized quote.
A project for an Invited User is an Individual request for the implementation of an electronic and digital service, work, or supply of goods, which Buyers can send to Sellers to receive an individual offer from a specific user.
Non-disclosure agreement NDA is an additional agreement on non-disclosure of confidential information between the Seller and Buyers. It ensures that a person or company, having gained access to important information, will not disclose it to third parties. The cost of concluding this agreement is generated for the Buyer by the Generator Fans platform and is displayed for the Buyer in the “More Options” section when the Buyer creates a publication of a new project.
Works
Works are virtual sets and digital services, works, goods that can be performed remotely, without being tied to a specific location in full. All Works are divided into categories and subcategories for ease of search.
Creating Works is free and has unlimited quantities. However, each profile type, depending on the selected tariff plan, has different capabilities and options. The cost of the tariff plan, as well as options, can be found when registering an Account during registration, or in the “Select subscription” section in the Task>Finance panel.
Each Works / Order Application / Project is manually checked by Moderators before publication in the catalog. Generator Fans reserves the right to modify or delete Works / Order Applications / Projects that violate this Agreement and/or other Documents. Users can learn more about Works' moderation process here.
When selling electronic and digital services, works, goods, Sellers undertake to provide all services described in the Works for all orders of this Work. Sellers do not have the right to refuse to sell active Works to a Buyer who has paid for the order and provided all the necessary information to complete it. Sellers provide their services to Buyers independently and bear full responsibility for the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of all orders. It is prohibited to split one order into several small orders (i.e. create duplicate orders) to artificially increase the total number of orders of the Seller. In such cases, Generator Fans reserves the right to impose sanctions on Works and/or the User.
Sellers are prohibited from misleading Buyers regarding the services they provide. Violations will result in sanctions and/or permanent blocking of the offending Works and/or Seller's account.
If Generator Fans becomes aware of infringement, Generator Fans has the right, in its sole discretion, to remove such content.
If deemed appropriate, Generator Fans reserves the right to unilaterally hide the work from the User’s portfolio.
Sellers must correct any errors or inconsistencies in Work as soon as they are discovered. A common mistake is a discrepancy between the volume, deadlines, price and other Work fields. For example, suppose that the Seller writes in the “Description” of the Work that the volume of the Work is 1000 words, but enters 2000 words in the “Scope of services for 1 Work” field. In this case, the true length will be considered 2000 words. Information specified in a special field takes precedence over other fields. All disputes arising in connection with such discrepancies are resolved in favor of the Buyer. Read more about Work requirements here.
Generator Fans is not an advertising system, as it does not organize the process of advertising distribution and does not control advertising placements. Generator Fans acts as an information platform on which it posts reference information about the services of Sellers. Information about goods (services) presented on Generator Fans is intended to inform site visitors about the possibility and conditions of their purchase.
Create an order
Buyers pay the order in advance. Payments are held securely by Generator Fans and/or Partners until the order is completed.
Before starting work, the User (Seller) must make sure that the subject of the order does not violate the law and is not included in the List of services not supported on Generator Fans. If the order violates this Agreement, the Seller must cancel it and contact Customer Service.
If the Buyer's assignment differs in description and scope from the service described by the Seller, and the Seller has accepted the order, priority shall be given to the Buyer's assignment. Tasks can be given in correspondence before placing an order, as well as when ordering Work.
Fulfillment of an order
The order is marked as completed upon confirmation by the Buyer or upon completion of arbitration. An order may be automatically marked as completed if the Buyer does not check it within the specified time frame.
After submitting the Work for verification, the Buyer has three calendar days to check and confirm the completion of the order. If at least one calendar day falls on a weekend, the verification period is increased by a day. If, during the period allotted for checking the order, the Buyer does not approve the order or does not send it for revision, the order will be automatically approved and considered completed.
Orders with tasks are marked as completed when the last task is approved by the Buyer. If a task is not accepted or rework is not requested, the task will be automatically approved and marked as completed after three calendar days (or four days if at least one calendar day falls on a weekend). In this case, the entire order will be suspended and will only resume after payment for the next task. If the Buyer has not paid for the next task within five days, the Seller will not be able to begin work on it. However, completed tasks cannot be canceled.
According to the rules of the Generator Fans platform described in this Agreement, the result of the Seller’s work must be of high quality. If the result contains an excessive number of objectively verifiable errors, the order is considered failed.
Subject to the Generator Fans Rules described in this Agreement, if Buyer is unable to verify Seller's work (for example, if Seller fails to provide proof of work completed or final product), the order will be considered unfulfilled.
In services for attracting subscribers/friends/viewers/fans/likes on social networks, a small percentage of unsubscribes is allowed within a month after the order. If the seller has not explicitly indicated the percentage of unsubscribes, it is considered to be no more than 10%.
Check and additional options
Orders that meet the criteria set out in the Work description and the Buyer's requirements are considered successfully completed. If the order is not completed, clearly does not meet the standards specified on the Work page, or does not meet the Buyer's requirements, the Buyer may return the order to the Seller for revision. In this case, Sellers must make as many changes as necessary until the work meets the requirements of the order without additional payment.
Additional options (including modifications beyond those necessary for the order to be considered successfully completed) are offered at the discretion of the Seller. Sellers can determine the amount of option they are willing to offer and the price. Sellers may also not offer additional services or changes, or may offer them for free.
The buyer should always know the price before ordering, and not vice versa. The seller cannot violate the basic order and first sell the service/work/products and then indicate the price for it. In this case, for such an action Generator Fans will consider it as free. Compensation may be paid to the Seller on a voluntary basis at the Buyer's discretion.
Cancellation of an order
Both Sellers and Buyers have the right to cancel any order, providing a reason for cancellation. Once cancellation is confirmed by the other party, the payment is returned to the Buyer. If the Buyer decides to cancel an order because the Seller is overdue, the funds will be immediately refunded to the Buyer without the need for confirmation from the Seller.
Orders cannot be canceled based on the Buyer’s subjective assessment of the Seller’s work if the service was provided in accordance with the information provided on the Work page.
Generator Fans reserves the right to cancel any order that violates this User Agreement at any time.
Generator Fans reserves the right to cancel any completed orders or tasks in orders if they violate this User Agreement, as well as orders that are past their take-up or completion time. Common reasons for cancellation:
- The seller did not process the order within 24 hours or delayed the delivery of the order and did not respond for more than two weeks.
- Users exhibit aggressive behavior, use order materials (such as personal information) against each other, or Buyers threaten Sellers with bad reviews.
- The order was created for services included in the list of prohibited services on Generator Fans or the order was recognized as fraudulent, etc.
- Users have published materials in the order that violate the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Users delay submitting work for review, providing files or information needed to complete an order, with the intention of receiving positive feedback, additional options, or additional payment.
- The seller submits the order for verification without a complete result in order to extend the order period.
- The seller used materials that violate the intellectual property of others.
- The Seller's work product contains errors, is defective or does not work.
- The buyer did not acquire rights to commercially use the work result and, as it turned out, used the work result for commercial purposes.
In such cases, when canceling an order, the amount paid for the order or task will be returned to the Buyer's balance and deducted from the Seller's balance. And if there are insufficient funds on the Seller’s balance sheet - from the Seller’s future income. Funds for such an order will be debited from the Seller’s balance regardless of when the order was completed.
Sellers must submit an order for review that includes a result that meets all of the Buyer's requirements and is consistent with the description of the Work. Failure to comply with this requirement will allow the Buyer to cancel the order, which will negatively affect the Seller’s rating.
If the deadline for completing an order has expired, the order is marked as overdue. Partial cancellation of an order by the buyer or seller is not possible. An order can only be canceled completely.
Partial cancellation of an order is possible only if you apply to Arbitration. If the order was completed without payment in favor of the Seller, for example, in case of failure of the order due to the fault of one of the parties, by an arbitration decision or as a result of other situations, then the Buyer has no right to use any materials, goods (the result of the work or part thereof) provided by the Seller. In case of violation, sanctions may be imposed, including blocking the Buyer's account.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights associated with the results of the work on the order pass to the Buyer upon successful completion and payment of the order, unless an alternative agreement is reached between the Buyer and the Seller. If the Intellectual Property contains elements subject to licensure, Seller must license it or, if applicable, provide Buyer with reasonable notice of the need to additionally acquire the applicable license.
Any transfer and assignment of intellectual property to the Buyer is subject to full payment of Work, and the result of the work cannot be used if payment is canceled for any reason. Violation of this rule may result in the Buyer's account being blocked.
Unless otherwise stated, Sellers are not entitled to receive and may not seek from Buyers any royalties received from the sale of their work.
If some Works require the purchase of a license for commercial use. In such cases, if the User (Buyer) purchases Works for personal use, the Buyer will own all rights necessary for such use and will not require a license for commercial use. But if the Buyer intends to use it for any purpose directly or indirectly related to any business or otherwise intended to generate profit, the Buyer will be required to purchase a commercial use license in the manner prescribed by the relevant Work.
Exchange of contact information
Requesting or providing contact information, including but not limited to last name, email address, phone number and social media accounts, or consenting to communications outside of Generator Fans is prohibited. Violations may lead to blocking of the account of both the Seller and/or the Buyer without a statute of limitations.
Exceptions are made for orders for which the exchange of contact information is clearly necessary. Examples include, but are not limited to, providing an email address to set up advertising campaigns, a link to a social media account that the seller will promote, and a messenger ID for consulting services. Sellers must explicitly state the need for specific contact information up front in their Work description or when submitting a custom proposal.
Sellers agree that any personal information provided by Buyers is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties or used for any purpose other than fulfilling the order itself.
All interactions between Buyers and Sellers, including, but not limited to, placing orders, making payments, negotiating terms, and approving shipping, must occur within the Generator Fans Platform.
Discussion of the Generator Fans commission in correspondence between the Seller and the Buyer in most cases is conducted with the purpose of conducting a transaction outside of Generator Fans and is therefore unacceptable and may lead to the blocking of the account of both the Seller and/or the Buyer without a statute of limitations.
Reviews and seller ratings
Seller/Generator Ratings are the ratings awarded to Generators where Buyers have rated the work after receiving the Work in full. The average Seller/Generator Profile Rating is formed from the ratings obtained from the overall ratings of all Seller/Generator Works sold. The initial rating of the Seller / Generator is “0”, the Highest rating is “5”.
Buyer Ratings are a rating that is awarded to Buyers where Sellers/Generators have given a rating to the Buyer during communication of work on a particular project or work. The average Buyer Profile rating is formed from the ratings obtained as a result of all communications with Sellers / Generators for each Works ordered. The initial rating of the Buyer is “0”, the Highest rating is “5”.
Once an order is completed, Buyers may provide feedback regarding their experience with the Seller and their impression of the Seller's services. Generator Fans does not delete reviews unless they clearly violate this User Agreement.
Buyers can leave feedback immediately after completing their order.
Positive and negative reviews affect the seller's rating. Sellers cannot artificially inflate their ratings, including by creating fake orders to leave positive reviews. Sellers found guilty of such actions may be subject to sanctions, including account blocking.
Refusal to fulfill an order without a valid reason negatively affects the Seller’s rating. For more information about reasons for cancellation, click here. Seller's Works may be suspended due to multiple consecutive refusals or ignoring orders.
Sellers may request feedback from Buyers, but may not directly request positive feedback.
By posting reviews on Generator Fans, Users grant Generator Fans an exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, unrestricted intellectual right to such reviews. However, Generator Fans is not responsible for the content of any feedback it may receive from users.
User Generated Content
Generator Fans is not responsible for user content. However, if you discover any content posted on Generator Fans that may violate this User Agreement, you must notify Generator Fans via the feedback form located here. All requests are reviewed by the Support Service.
All content uploaded by users to Generator Fans is considered user generated content. Generator Fans makes reasonable efforts to monitor the content uploaded to the Generator Fans Platform but cannot be responsible for content generated by users. Users are solely responsible for their content and the consequences of its use, disclosure, storage and transmission.
Users are solely responsible for checking all files submitted to Generatorfans.com for viruses and malware.
Files provided in correspondence and order forms are stored on Generator Fans for two years, after which they are deleted. Files of paid orders that the Seller attached when submitting the order for verification will be stored for 2 years.
Generator Fans is not responsible for storage/loss/malfunction of files. Buyers and Sellers keep the original file data on their communication devices.
By uploading or creating content on Generatorfans.com you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights, licenses, consents, permissions, authorizations necessary to use and/or upload such content and that such content or use thereof on Generator Fans shall not:
- violate any applicable local, state, federal or international laws, regulations or conventions;
- violate intellectual and other rights of third parties.

Users (both Buyers and Sellers) agree that, unless they expressly state otherwise, the content they create/upload to Generatorfans.com, including Works content, images, documents, videos and any other information, including including displaying the result of the work, can be used by Generator Fans at its discretion for the purpose of promoting the Platform.
If violation is reported, Generator Fans has the right to remove such content.
Users agree to reimburse any costs incurred by Generator Fans in the event of a claim of copyright infringement being filed against Generator Fans.
Payments and finance
By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User agrees that Generator Fans does not provide the User with any remunerative services and does not accept payments or payments in favor of Users.
Money Back Guarantee
While the Seller is working on the Buyer's order, the Buyer's payment is securely held by Generator Fans and/or Partners. All payments, payouts and returns when using Generator Fans are made by the User through the services of the Partners in accordance with the rules, conditions and commissions established by the Partners. You can familiarize yourself with the conditions for the provision of Generator Fans tariff plans and services by partners in their offers posted on the corresponding pages of the site (Select subscription, etc.)
In accordance with the money back guarantee and the Generator Fans Buyer Protection Program, Buyers have the right to a refund through the services of Partners:
- instantly if the Buyer cancels the order within 20 minutes after placing it;
- instantly if the Seller does not complete the order on time and the Buyer decides to cancel it;
- instantly if the Buyer and Seller mutually agree to cancel the order;
- as soon as a Generator Fans Customer Service specialist checks the order, if the order is poorly executed or is unfulfilled.
Partners
Generator Fans cooperates with Partners to accept payments from Buyers, transfer such payments from Buyers to Sellers and store funds on User Balances. All services related to withdrawal of funds to Generatorfans.com are also performed through the services of Partners.
For the purposes specified here, Users undertake to accept the Partner’s offer, user agreement or other documents of the Partner. Links to offers and other documents of Partners posted on the corresponding official pages of the partners’ websites.
Sellers authorize Partners to receive and transfer payments from the Buyer's account to the Seller's account in the Partner service. Your Partner Service account can only be associated with one Generator Fans account. You are prohibited from linking the same credit/debit card, e-wallet or withdrawal account to multiple Generator Fans accounts.
All funds available for withdrawal will be stored in your Generator Fans personal account.
Generator Fans reserves the right, through any of its Partners, to freeze the transfer of funds in the event of detection of any suspicious or fraudulent activity on the Generator Fans Service or in the event of cancellation of orders.
You are prohibited from filing a dispute to cancel an order or payment, or canceling transactions through your payment service provider, your bank or a Partner. This may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account, account and balance.
Payment for orders
By making or receiving payments through the Generator Fans Service, you accept and agree to be bound by this User Agreement.
Sellers and Buyers undertake to use the Partners' payment systems for all transactions. Generator Fans hosts a payment page for the User to make payments through Partners.
It is prohibited to make payments outside the Generator Fans Platform. If the User is asked to use an alternative payment method, the User must contact Generator Fans Customer Service immediately.
Orders can be paid by debit, credit cards, electronic currency Bitcoin and its analogues, if permitted by Partners. Additional payment methods may be available in some locations. Buyers can also use funds that may be in their Balance.
By ordering a Work or custom quote, Buyers agree to pay Sellers for their services along with all associated fees and charges. When making a purchase, Buyers see the total amount due.
Sellers agree that payment through Affiliate participation is equivalent to payment by Buyer directly to Seller.
The Buyer's payment obligation to the Seller will be fulfilled upon receipt of payment by the Partner. The Partner is responsible for transferring funds to Merchants. However, if the Partner does not transfer any amounts to the Seller, the Seller must contact Generator Fans, and should not communicate with the Buyer or Partners directly.
Seller agrees that Generator Fans may include payment information on receipts, notices and other documents provided to Buyers as Generator Fans deems necessary and reasonable to do so.
Generator Fans may charge a commission from Users when replenishing their balance, when withdrawing funds, or when making an order. The commission amounts are indicated when performing the operation and can be changed unilaterally by Generator Fans. The tariff schedule of commissions depends on the selected tariff plan of the User.
Additional fees may apply for transferring funds in accordance with the Partner's terms and conditions.
Security
In case of cancellation of the order, the paid funds are returned to the Buyer’s balance.
Refunds for canceled orders are returned to the Buyer's balance and are available for future purchases and withdrawals on the Generator Fans Service.
For security reasons, Users may withdraw funds to a card other than the card they used to fund their Balance only upon request by the Generator Fans administration. Generator Fans has the right to refuse the User or request additional information from the User to confirm verified data on the ownership of this card.
Issues related to refunds are at the discretion of Generator Fans or the Partner.
To protect against fraud, unauthorized transactions (such as money laundering), claims or other liabilities, all payment information is collected by either Generator Fans or Affiliates.
All orders are processed through a secure transaction, provided by Partner platforms. Paid funds are placed on account of the order and transferred to the Seller only after the work is completed. It is also possible to deposit funds into the balance in advance before ordering in order to spend these funds on future orders. Placing any other type of order on Generator Fans is not possible. It is prohibited to perform unpaid (test) tasks and conduct operations outside the scope of the order. Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
Generator Fans does not have access to payment information provided by users to Partners.
By making payments and/or providing payment details on the Generator Fans Service, you represent and warrant that:
- you are legally authorized to make payments on the Generator Fans Service using your chosen payment method;
- your actions do not violate the current legislation of your Country.
Withdrawal of funds
Funds refer to money on the User's Balance. The seller receives funds for completing orders. The Buyer may have funds from replenishing the balance against future orders or in the case of refunds to the balance after order cancellation. Funds may be withdrawn or used for purchases on the Generator Fans Service in accordance with this User Agreement.
Users cannot withdraw funds received using promotional codes. Funds received through promotional codes can only be used for purchases on Generator Fans.
Users can create a withdrawal request on the Balance page. Withdrawals are possible to cards and electronic wallets available on the Balance page. All findings are final and cannot be reversed.
The commission for withdrawal of funds is determined by the Partners. It appears on the Balance page before you create a withdrawal request. By submitting a withdrawal request, you agree to the associated fees and acknowledge that Generator Fans has no influence or control over Affiliate withdrawal fees.
To make payments to the User, as well as to return funds deposited by the User, Generator Fans, with the help of the Partner, has the right to verify the card holder in order to avoid fraudulent activities, and also, at the Partner’s request, to make payments. Read the terms and conditions of the Verification Partner, as well as accept the terms of the offer, agreement or other document and provide your consent to the Verification Service for the processing of personal data. Generator Fans does not collect, process or store such data.
Withdrawal schedule: withdrawal requests are processed twice a week on Monday and Thursday within 24 hours. In most cases, requests placed on Monday or Thursday will be processed on the next withdrawal date.
Generator Fans reserves the right to temporarily suspend the User's ability to withdraw funds to prevent fraudulent or illegal activities, or for other security reasons.
Taxes
Users are responsible for paying any direct or indirect taxes, including any goods and services tax, VAT or income tax, which may be applicable to them based on their place of residence, location or otherwise, in accordance with the provisions of their jurisdiction of their Country.
Sellers represent and warrant that they will comply at all times with their obligations under the income tax regulations of their jurisdiction. The prices listed on Generator Fans include all taxes and fees that may apply to Sellers.
Generator Fans is not responsible for the payment or non-payment of taxes and duties of Sellers or Buyers of the Country to which they belong.
Dispute resolution (arbitration)
Any disputes and disagreements between the Seller and the Buyer are resolved through one-on-one negotiations or with the involvement of a support specialist. If negotiations are unsuccessful, the Buyer or Seller has the right to apply to arbitration.
To submit a request for arbitration, the User must follow the “Arbitration” link in the Help section located on the order page, indicate the appropriate category and fill out the arbitration form. The arbitration link appears after you submit your order for review. The application must contain the username of the complainant, the username of the other party to the dispute, the number and identification of the disputed order, and evidence supporting your position in the dispute.
The application will be sent to a competent Generator Fans Support specialist (arbitrator) for evaluation and resolution of the dispute. The decision will be made within 3 working days; however, this period of time may be extended in exceptionally difficult circumstances.
The arbitrators examine the information and correspondence in the order and seek (if necessary) the opinions of both parties. They search for objective information on similar services for comparison in open sources.
The arbitrators evaluate the compliance of the work performed with the terms of the order (description of services and agreed requirements in correspondence), the result of the work from an objective point of view, as well as compliance with the rules of work on the site.
The arbitrators do not evaluate the creative components of orders, including, but not limited to, colors, fonts, and execution style (except for results that clearly do not meet the standards displayed in the Seller's portfolio).
When working on an order, Sellers must never take actions that could harm Buyers. For example, Sellers must not make changes or upload files that could harm the site or site users when accessing the site. If it turns out that the Buyer has been harmed by the Seller, the arbitrator will cancel the order, and the Seller may be subject to sanctions up to and including account suspension. If the arbitrator finds that the order materially violates the Generator Fans Terms of Service (e.g., the type of service is prohibited on Generator Fans, the order may be fraudulent, etc.), the arbitrator has the authority to cancel the order and impose sanctions on both parties. If the order is fraudulent or clearly violates the law, the Buyer's payment must be returned to the card or e-wallet from which the payment was made. If a return cannot be made, the funds are returned to the Buyer's Balance.
If the Seller and the Buyer have mutually agreed on partial payment for the order, the decision is made by the Generator Fans arbitrator, based on the wishes of both parties and the User Agreement.
The buyer has the right to leave feedback on an order resolved through arbitration in all cases, even if the arbitration is decided in favor of the seller. Feedback on an order that has gone through arbitration cannot be left by the buyer only if the buyer's requirements exceed the volume of the order.
Ownership rights
Users do not have the right and undertake not to perform the following actions in relation to the Generator Fans Platform, its parts, components or extensions:
- copy, transmit, adapt, modify, distribute, transmit, display, create derivative works from, publish or reproduce them in any way;
- reverse assemble, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, ideas, algorithms, structure or organization underlying it;
- remove any copyright notice, identification or any other proprietary rights notice;
- circumvent, remove, modify, disable, impair or interfere with any technological measures or protections for the content of the Generator Fans Platform;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or interrupt the operation of Generatorfans.com or the Generator Fans Platform;
- use automation software (bots), hacks, modifications (mods) or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Generator Fans Platform;
- introduce into the Generator Fans Service any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other harmful or technologically harmful materials;
- use any robot, spider, crawler or other automatic device, process, software or query that intercepts, mines, scrapes, scrapes or otherwise accesses the Generator Fans Service in order to monitor, extract, copy or collect information or data from or through the Generator Fans Platform, or engage in any manual process to do the same;
- use the Generator Fans Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it or interfere with any other user's use of the site or mobile application, or access or use Generator Fans in any manner not expressly permitted by these Platform Rules.
Users also warrant that they will not permit or authorize anyone to do any of the foregoing.
Disclaimer of Warranties
You use the Generator Fans Service at your own risk. The Generator Fans Service and any services obtained through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Neither Generator Fans nor any other party associated with Generator Fans makes any warranties or representations regarding the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the Generator Fans Platform.
Neither Sellers nor Generator Fans makes any warranties, express or implied, including with respect to any Work or the fitness of the resultant work for a particular purpose. Neither Sellers nor Generator Fans are liable for any claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising from the use of the work.
The foregoing does not affect any warranties that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Generator Fans, its affiliates** or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers or directors be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Generatorfans.com. The Services or any websites linked thereto, any content on Generatorfans.com or other websites, or any services or items obtained through Generator Fans or its services or such other websites, including any direct or indirect damages, including , without limitation, moral damages, loss of income, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of reputation, loss of data, including whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of agreement or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
Generator Fans, its affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers or directors will not be liable in any way for the acts or omissions of the User.
The foregoing does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable laws of the User's country.
In no event shall Generator Fans be liable for any failure to perform or any delay in the performance of any obligation under this Agreement within a reasonable period of time due to acts of God, war, terrorism, insurrection, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, accidents, strikes or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Generator Fans. In addition, Generator Fans is not responsible for third party DDoS and/or other attacks on the Generator Fans Service, for the consequences of such attacks, for technical problems affecting the Generator Fans Service associated with the hosting provider of the Generator Fans Platform, or for unavailability of Generator Fans for any other reason not directly related to Generator Fans.
** The term "Affiliate" as used herein is an entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Generator Fans, where control means ownership of more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting shares or other ownership interest or a majority of the voting rights of such legal entity.
